Your Account
NoOtherDesign.com, does not ask you to create any accounts, except for PayPal accounts. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should maintain the confidentiality and security of your password. If you think it has been used in an unauthorised manner, you should report it immediately. No Other Design reserves the right to remove or edit content, or cancel orders as appropriate. If we cancel an order, no charge to yourself will be incurred.

Product Pricing and Availability
All UK orders will be charged £2.50 Shipping and Handling per unique item, and £0.75 for any additional items.
All International orders will be charged $7.50 Shipping and Handling per unique item, and $2.00 for any additional items.
All products are available at the time of purchase unless you are pre-ordering when the product will be made available as soon as possible after the time of purchase.

Payment
You can pay for your order by any acceptable payment methods through PayPal. Due to the nature of the payment process, No Other Design will take payment prior to dispatching goods.

Delivery
UK - In normal circumstances we will aim to deliver to UK destinations within 7 days of order placement.
International - In normal circumstanceswe will aim to deliver to international destinations within 21 days of order placement.

Returns & Cancellations - Unwanted Products - Returns@NoOtherDesign.com
No Other Design will refund or exchange any unwanted products. If you wish to return any goods for a credit note, or to receive a refund please email us at Returns@NoOtherDesign.com to obtain a returns number (RMA number) and the details of how to return your products.

Your right to return unwanted products is limited to 7 days from the date of delivery, unless a longer period is specified on your order confirmation, product packaging or delivery note. Where possible, products should be returned to us in an unused and unopened condition, with their original packaging. No returns can be accepted without an RMA number.

No Other Design cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit after being sent back to us. The return of goods is the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending them back by registered or recorded delivery.

The customer is required to pay any return postage costs.
